Being raised on a farm in Eastern North Carolina by hard-working parents who mandated a strong work ethic and strict morals, Joe is no stranger to hard work, long hours, and integrity.  He has a positive attitude towards life and a willingness to never give up.

Joe Hartsfield has over 22 years of executive experience in marketing and over 23 years of sales experience, as well as a wide range of aviation knowledge. He has closed multi-million dollar real estate investment transactions and aircraft sales, and he is the former Executive Director of Sales and Marketing for a preclinical research firm. Joe has more than 15 years of experience selling new and used aircraft and has also been responsible for or assisted in raising more than $61 million in capital for startup companies. This broad range of aviation and sales experience provides Joe with an unsurpassed level of expertise in closing simple and complex business aircraft transactions, both domestically and internationally. He has also performed numerous 1031 exchanges and reverse 1031 exchanges in the aviation and real estate realms. 

Joe Hartsfield has over 9,000 hours of flight experience in aircraft ranging from single-engine to mid-size jets.  His FAA Airman certifications and ratings include Airline Transport Pilot, Certified Flight Instructor, Certified Flight Instructor Instrument, Multi-engine Instructor, Multi-engine Instructor Instrument, Advanced Ground Instructor, and numerous aircraft type ratings. 

In his free time, he enjoys cheering on his athletically gifted daughter, hunting with his son, and relaxing at the lake with his lovely wife of more than 33 years.
