Aircraft Sales Executive - Job description

Are you an experienced, passionate business and general aviation sales executive with an established client base? Do you have experience managing and growing a sales department? Do you have a working knowledge of the financial details that affect decisions regarding buying and selling aircraft?

We're looking for a driven, self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive Aircraft Sales Executive who is focused on putting the client first and growing our sales department. So, if you're ready to join a leading global aircraft brokerage firm and provide expert advice and guidance to our clients, then we want to meet you.

In this role, your primary responsibility will be to manage and grow our sales department, develop new clients, and secure new listings, consulting, and acquisition opportunities. Business and general aviation industry experience is a must to manage our sales team.

Summary of Essential Job Functions

Develop New Business - Cultivate new business by leveraging established client lists as well as cold-calling new leads and opportunities. Strong negotiating skills are a must.

Customer Service -Always remain client-focused rather than deal-focused. Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.

Sales Presentations - Create and deliver custom sales presentations to win business with the ability to do so at all company levels, including the "C" suite.

Financial & Business Acumen - Possess strong financial and analytical skills that provide the ability to deliver expert advice and guidance.

Team Member - Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related projects as needed.

Minimum Requirements

Experience working with senior executives and managing people. Extensive experience creating, negotiating, and closing deals. Solid phone and computer skills, with emphasis on Microsoft Office products and Salesforce CRM products. Ability to create concise presentations for clients. Must also be comfortable working in a close-knit, team environment where attitude and work ethic matter.

Preferred Requirements

5 Years’ experience in aircraft brokering. Working knowledge of avionics, aircraft maintenance requirements, reading logbooks, and FAA 337’s. Good working knowledge of social media sites for business.

Aircraft Executive Skills and Qualifications

Negotiating, selling, managing processes and sales executives, organization, analytical abilities, professionalism, problem-solving, scheduling, time management, presentation skills, travel logistics, and verbal communication.
